Khatod manufacturing operations include computer-integrated tooling, moulding, and automated production equipments. Depending on the specific requirements, the manufacturing operations are carried out in three ways: totally automatic, semi-automatic, manual.

• Manufacturing area over 21,000 smq
• 60 injection-molding machines - 25 to 700 tons- running 24-h cycle and 100% robotized, customized according to our specificaction for the transformation of technical and optical polymers.
• 5 Cold injection-molding machines, specific for the silicone molding process.
  Khatod perfected a specific transformation process enabling to realize our unique silicone lenses. SIO3 lenses made of LSR silicone, launched in 2012, have been the world's first range of silicone lenses for HB & COB LEDs; patented and winners of many international awards
