Le regolazioni relative a velocità di lavoro e spessore vetro si effettuano mediante dei visualizzatori posti sul pannello comandi. Il bloccaggio del vetro avviene tramite un sistema meccanico. Per evitare l’usura delle parti in movimento, viene montato un impianto di lubrificazione automatico centralizzato. Il trasportatore è formato da tasselli, composti da uno speciale materiale, fissati su catene di precisione. Regolazione automatica delle mole filetto al variare dello spessore vetro. Le mole sono montate sui mandrini a cui viene trasmesso il moto tramite cinghie dentate collegate ai motori. L’intervento delle mole lucidanti è automatico poiché comandato da un PLC.
