ROTATING RACK OVEN - FR BABY COMB

This rotating compact rack oven is suited for small working areas. Because its versatile nature, it is very effective for various bakery and pastry needs, by including small-and-medium sized products. It functions with electricity and it is armored with high-resistance efficiency. It can work with gas burner or diesel. The oven has an accommodating capacity of 12 trays of 40x60, 45x65 or 50x70 cm.

Features
The oven includes an electric deck baking chamber, hosting 2 trays and a top proofer.
The structure and the exhaust evacuation system are made of stainless steel with double glass door.
Its steam device is situated in the baking chamber and it is driven by an adjustable time system.
The perfect steam distribution grants continuous working cycles; it can be inducted either with mechanical control panel or with programmable digital control.
Three phase with 400 Volt 50/60 Hz 3-phase. Other voltages can be provided on request. All its parts have a 2-years-guarantee (excluding those elements that are subject to normal wear and tear).

The machine conforms to the applied EU directives.
