Descrizione
Proving stainless steel chamber for trolleys and rotating rack ovens. It maintains predetermined temperature and humidity conditions, which ensure both a uniform and perfect leavening and a stable mixture of heat and steam.
Features
Control unit controls heating and steam quantity.
Humidistat provides constant and accurate control of humidity. The structure is made of 40 mm aluminum insulating panels. The number of trays and their respective dimensions are provided according to customer’s needs.
