Flash Battery's new automated lithium module assembly line featuring laser welding technology

With the strategic goal of centralizing production expertise and ensuring high-quality standards, we have recently added a key new element to our internal know-how : the installation of an automated module assembly line with laser welding , capable of reaching an annual production capacity of over 90,000 modules and 13 different module assembly variants .

The result of an investment of over six million euros , the assembly line is the centerpiece of the recent expansion of our production headquarters, which now includes an additional 2,200 square meters dedicated to an automated area for battery module assembly.

Today marks a new chapter for Flash Battery. The module assembly line using prismatic cells boasts the highest production capacity in Italy for the industrial sector .

This technological leap has allowed us to:
- Bring another key skill in-house: module creation
- Increase our flexibility for customers and the electrification journey
- Strengthen our independence from the supply chain, thanks to direct control over it
