Flash Battery 51.2V - 102.4V from 5.4kWh to 28.7kWh is the range of customised batteries we produced for our partner E80 Group, a leading developer of intralogistics solutions.

‘E80 Group chose Flash Battery for the application of high-performance lithium batteries capable of meeting the specific needs of its LGVs and AGVs , automated and laser-guided vehicles that move raw materials and finished products within factories and distribution centres. This collaboration led, on 1 December 2015, to the start of a true partnership.

The batteries developed for E80 Group have a wide range, from 51.2V to 102.4V and from 5.4kWh to 28.7kWh, to suit vehicles of all sizes and types. These are vehicles that can exceed 1,000 complete cycles of use per year and work non-stop 24/7.
Our technology ensures operational continuity through fast charging, maximising vehicle uptime without the need for maintenance.

We do not limit ourselves to hardware efficiency, but offer an integrated solution, where we interact directly with LGV/AGV vehicles via remote control and predictive diagnostics, made possible by AI and Machine Learning algorithms. This solution also includes the possibility of hardware and software customisation to perfectly suit the specific needs of industrial plants.

To date, Flash Battery lithium batteries have been installed in more than 5,053 LGVs operating in 326 plants in 42 countries worldwide.’
