IPCEI, fast tracking the European battery supply chain

The rise of the European Battery supply chain was the main topic discussed during the workshop " IPCEI Batteries, a fast track for the the European battery supply chain " hosted by 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗹 𝗫 on July 20th in Catania, Sicily. It was a great opportunity to exchange views with all the Italian partners of the two 𝗜𝗣𝗖𝗘𝗜 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀, creating synergies, collecting points of view and evaluating the next steps required to enable the development of the European battery value chain.

Our research aims to develop an advanced BMS and dedicated design and assembly technologies, to enable an early adoption of next generation batteries: in this way, the whole sector of industrial machines will be able to exploit their enhanced performances, lifecycle and environmental impact".
