July's custom Flash Battery is a 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝟲𝟰𝟬 𝗩 - 𝟯𝟬𝟬 𝗔𝗵 𝟭𝟵𝟮 𝗸𝗪𝗵 𝗯𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 developed for a 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘃𝘆 𝗱𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿 used in the aluminium and steel industry.

High mechanical 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝟳 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘀 connected in series with a 𝗷𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝗼𝘅 specifically developed for high voltages

𝗖𝗖𝗦 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗯𝗼 charging socket with 𝟳𝟬 𝗸𝗪 off-board 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗿

"It was an exciting project, where we worked along with powertrain system integrator Atech GmbH , our partner on the German market, to support the customer in defining the entire system architecture. We designed a battery that could fit into an extremely energy-intensive application, which required very special technical characteristics, starting from the 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗺𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴. As a matter of fact, the 192 kWh energy pack is made up of 7 packs connected in series with an electronics capable of actively and passively balancing 640 V. Inside, we have then integrated a 𝗷𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝗼𝘅 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗱𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀. A veritable 6-handed cooperation to create the first full-electric version of the heavy duty side loader of the range, where efficiency, safety and the zero emissions offered by electric power represent the new frontier of industrial performance".
