L'Azienda Agricola A.Riggio nasce nell’anno 2005, il titolare Riggio Antonino da sempre grande appassionato, conoscitore ed utilizzatore di prodotti naturali, inizia la coltivazione di alcune piante aromatiche/officinali da cui compone una miscela per produrre un'infuso utile alla digestione e dopo un'attendo approfondito e miticoloso studio sulle eccellenti proprietà della radice di Ginseng (di importazione cinese) decide di comporre una miscela di piante aromatiche/officinali e radice di Ginseng , la quale infusa nell’alcool viene prodotto , in collaborazione con uno stabilimento produttivo di liquori in provincia di Palermo, il liquore amaro digestivo naturale, medicamentoso, con eccezionali ed efficaci proprietà digestive, prodotto unico ed esclusivo commercializzato con il nome “GINSENO” dal marchio “APLCEFALU ” , questo digestivo successivamente è stato prodotto nelle quattro seguenti versioni/gusti e si adatta a tutti i palati anche i più esigenti raffinati e nobili .Il primo liquore digestivo nato in casa "APLCEFALU" è stato il GINSENO amaro naturale, (senza zucchero)il quale risulta tra tutti il più potente ed efficace digestivo attualmente in commercio, il successivo è stato il GINSENO AMABILE dolcificato leggermente con zucchero di canna, mentre dal 2007 sono stati prodotti il GINSENO alla MENTA piperita di Sicilia ed il GINSENO alla MANNA & MIELE, (prodotto premiato medaglia d'oro internazionale 2008 al World Spirits Award di klagenfurt (Austria), il quale per chi non conoscesse la Manna e le sue eccellenti proprietà , questo prodotto è un dolce dono della natura e viene ricavata dalla corteccia dell'albero di frassino, prodotto esclusivo della zona di Pollina/Castelbuono(PA)-(Parco delle Madonie)(Sicilia) è che hà virtù salutari eccezionali e le caratteristiche di digestivo, dolcificante e regolatore intestinale.

Dal 2013 l'azienda produce e vende , piantine di Bacche di Goji , Bacche di Goji essiccate in confezioni da 500 gr. e da cui hà elaborato una ricetta /miscela esclusiva per produrre il liquore digestivo alle Bacche di Goji, chiamato "DIGERGOJ" ed il liquore alle Bacche di Goji chiamato "LIGOJ"marchio "APLCEFALU".
