Carpenteria Nicoli Italo & Figli Srl

Carpenteria Nicoli Italo & Figli Srl is located in Sandrigo (Vicenza - Veneto) and operates since 1976 in the metal sheet forming sector and medium-light and medium-heavy metal welded construction.
We work on customer drawings and we offer raw or end products, it means complete of normalization, relaxation, sanding, painting, galvanization, mechanical machining, tempering to induction on customer needs.
The factory has 1.100 sm and has a crane with max. carrying capacity of 10 tones and there are 16 operators that work in the following productive areas:

• Plasma cutting: to cut metal sheet with a thickness form 3mm up to 40mm;
• Metal sheet forming: with forming and bending machines to work on pips, section bars and metal sheets;
• Welding: MIG-MAG-TIG robots are used for the welding of the structures.

Over the years we choose the internationalization and for this reason we opened in January 2008 a new production department NICOLI SK s.r.o. in Slovak Republic. The 1.800sqm area is located in Sahy in the province of Levice, 100 km far from Budapest airport and 170 Km far from Bratislava airport. The factory has a crane of 6 tonnes and 10 workers.

We are a certified company, infact we have the following certification:

• Welding procedure certification according to UNI EN 288-3
• Company Certification according to UNI EN 3834 part 2
• Qualified workers according to UNI EN 287-1
• Certified operator according to IWS (International Welding Specialist)

We also deliver our products with the quality material certification according to UNI EN 10204-3.1.B.
